I'm Nadine Carr, founder of Rokstars Global HRM and accessibility professional.

I created Rokstars after years of watching businesses struggle with people problems that were never really just people problems.

The work keeps growing. The procedures were never documented. Managers are wearing five different hats. Important tasks have been sitting untouched for months. And somehow the office admin becomes the unofficial Chief Everything Officer. 😅
